Booking terms

A reservation is made when you complete payment online. Rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) per room per night and include breakfast and Wi-Fi unless stated. Online payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never see or store your card details.

Your booking is confirmed once our reservations team approves it and sends your confirmation email with your booking number.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out after 11:00 AM is charged at 50% of the nightly rate and is subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest.

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms and pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property during their stay.

To change dates or room type, use Manage Booking or contact us. Changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
