How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Pay securely online and you will receive a payment receipt straight away. Our reservations team then approves your booking and emails your confirmation, which includes your booking number (it looks like WAC-2026-12345). Keep it handy: you can use it to check or change your stay at any time.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the Manage Booking page with your booking number and email. Cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.

How do you hold a room while I pay?

Once you choose a room we reserve it for you for 30 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed, the room is released automatically.

Question 4

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out after 11:00 AM is subject to availability and charged at 50% of the nightly rate. Tell us your arrival time when you book and we will have your room ready.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Every room rate includes a full breakfast with tea and coffee, plus free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our concierge can arrange airport pick-ups and city transportation. Add your flight details in the special requests box when you book, or call us.

What do I need at check-in?

Accepted Answer

A valid government-issued photo ID for every adult guest. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, and pets are not permitted.
